While this is something that we’re not doing currently, this is something that we are considering. Due to the way that payments are generally handled, we do require hosting payments to be made.

Commissions are tracked in a multitude of different ways. The first, being the most important, is by the affiliate link. The affiliate link allows us to track commissions both by placing cookies, but also by the end user’s IP.

To take tracking one step further, we also track all conversions by coupons, ensuring that you never lose out on a sale, even if someone else referred it!

Currently, due to the way that our affiliate program is setup and the affiliate terms are outlined, it is necessary to reach a minimum of one hundred ($100 USD) United States dollars to be eligible for a payout.

Unfortunately, our affiliate term and conditions currently forbids the use of the affiliate program for self-referral. We don't advise it, and if it is found, the commission will be voided.

While we do understand that web designers, developers, and webmasters sometimes need the ability to signup on behalf of their clients, we don’t currently permit this.

This is not permitted. When the client requests support, they might not be listed on the account, and thus will be unable to obtain support via our support department.

While it’s always exciting to have a busy website, you don’t need to have one to earn money via our affiliate program! It’s incredibly easy; simply place our affiliate banner on your website, and wait for the sales to roll in! It’s truly that easy!

Just make sure that you represent our services correctly, and remember to keep building traffic for your website. Remember, the more traffic you build, the more money you’re going to make via our affiliate program.

Our affiliate program is extremely versatile and can be molded and sculpted to fit almost any requirement, apart from the ability to change the username.

We don’t currently change usernames because this is how we track sales made via the affiliate program. Nonetheless, we’re always pretty excited about pushing the envelope on this, so we’re working on a solution.

Of course, we’re always here to answer any questions you may have. Our affiliate manager, Meredith, is always around to answer any of your questions. We believe that a strong bond between the affiliates and us is one of the most important factors in a successful partnership.

Thankfully not! Due to the way that our affiliate program has been designed and built, you won’t need to have multiple accounts! Just use the same affiliate link that you’ve already created on as many websites as you’d like.

While we do strongly believe that it’s a great idea, we don’t currently engage in link swaps. Nonetheless, if you do get in contact with us, we might be able to work out a more sophisticated way of getting more traffic to your website.

I’ve lost my username and/or password, please help!

It’s alright! Don’t worry, everyone misplaces bits of data sometimes. To recover your username and/or password is easy; please go to the affiliate login page and click on the “Forgot your password?” button!

If you still can’t recover your affiliate password after you’ve tried that, simply send us an email to affiliate@siteserving.com and we’ll help you get it recovered.
